Part III: What Happens a Cappella? The BIG Diet: Eve of Deprivation (Chapter 63)

T
he Last Supper.

This meal, my last one until D-Day, a shooting of the whole artillery of fireworks on the 11th hour on the 4th of July, a long, long time until the next 4th of July. It’s just one of those things that has got to be done, although I don’t even like some of the foods I ate tonight:

Potato chips

Popcorn

A stick of butter (seriously?)

Bag of Cheetos

Peanut Butter Cups

Mashed potatoes swimming in butter and milk

Two Pop Tarts, chocolate and maple (not too satisfying)

Trix (not just for kids)

Ramen

A box of Oreos

Peppermint Stick ice cream slathered with Crème de Menthe syrup and whipped cream

I must have scarfed down 7,500 calories in a period of four hours, but who’s counting?

The next 12 weeks:

Nothing but milk shakes, and three months of slow refeeding...
